This is the second time I've used drain pro services. Patrick Wilson is the name of the plumber who showed up both times. He was on time. He was neat and efficient. When I thought I needed service on my bath tub Patrick was able to offer a less expensive solution. He also provided preventive maintenance advice that will help to prevent clogs in the future. Overall job well done. I will continue to use drain pro services for any of my plumbing needs.

The technician had to come out on a Sunday afternoon. He arrived as soon as possible, was very professional and knowledgeable. The technician had to call WSSC to clear the sewer. The technician stayed until WSSC arrived and explained the situation to them. Without the Drain Pro technicians help with WSSC I would still have water in our basement. I will call Drain Pro for any future plumbing needs.
The technician called promptly to confirm my appointment and also when he was in route. He was very familiar with the plumbing issues in my Levitt home and was able to clear the drain quickly. I feel I was charged very fairly for the work performed and I would recommend him and Drain Pros to anyone with a drain problem.

I hired Drain Pro first for a clog and then a second time to re-do a poor plumbing install I asked him about when he came to take care of the clog. Not only did he do an excellent job but also took the time to explain what needed to be done and why. Not only is he very professional and conscientious in his work but Patrick is also a really nice guy. I will definitely call him again for any plumbing needs.

Patrick was punctual, professional, and competent. He explained what needed to be done for each job and what had caused the problem. He performed the work, removed all debris, and cleaned the area. He also provided helpful maintenance information. Overall, the service was well done!
