We really can't say enough good things about Patrick! He is the most considerate, professional, and friendly plumber we have ever worked with. He is on time, careful, complete, and extraordinarily fair with his pricing. Very rare to find such a great company and person. We won't use anyone else unless absolutely necessary.
The technician did a very professional job.
We had the pleasure of working with Patrick. He is passionate about his work and very professional. He showed up on time and was respectful of our home by wearing boot covers. We had water coming in our home from a basement drain. He diagnosed the problem and did not immediately recommend the most expensive course of action. Patrick ended up replacing piping, replacing our sump pump, and snaking our outside drain. We would definitely use him again.
Sump pump burned out, call was placed and he arrived in 45 mins. He did an outstanding job and was very professional. Re-did the whole set-up, the correct way. Will highly recommend the company and will use again.
Patrick was very easy to work with, thorough, and friendly. After explaining exactly what he did, he gave us tips on how to prevent drain clogs in the future. I highly recommend him!
