Mr. Patrick came ahead of scheduled time. He was friendly, quick and knowledgeable. He took the time to educate me and my children (young adults) about the sump pump. He cleaned up the area even better than it was originally. Finally, the price was very affordable! I STRONGLY RECOMMEND HIM!!!
Mr. Wilson is amazing. He is honest and fair. My sump pump had stopped working, and he also discovered that the previous owner had illegally redirected the sump pump and that is all I will say. The water was sitting under the house which was why my carpet was wet. He replaced the pump and connected the sump correctly to the original drainage system.
