Very prompt service, I was extremely pleased with how quickly he was able to come out, only a short time after I called. He carefully explained what needed to be done and the price beforehand, nothing was a surprise and I believe that the cost was fair for the work, time, and effort involved in fixing the problem. Great care was taken to be neat and tidy, shoes were covered at all times and all cleanup of his work area was done before he left. Thorough and professional, I would not hesitate to call again.
Two other companies cancelled on me at the last minute but Drain Pro came through when he said he would. I will use them again.

I filed my requirements with home advisor and Patrick called within the hour, He was going be be in the area this afternoon, so we agreed on a very fair price for the work and an appointment time. Then he called back and said he could come by even earlier. He showed up when he said he would, charged what he quoted, worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. Patrick is very nice and helpful guy . He did a very thorough job and also coached us on how to avoid this in future. He was on time my wife used to put oil in the kitchen sink( never listened to me) he explained her not to put oil and grease in the sink.
Although a bit more expensive than other plumbers, Patrick was courteous, quick to respond and provided great service for our clogged drain. He also looked at another minor plumbing issue and corrected it on the spot.
