I went to Dr. Mack to have the excess skin removed from my eyelids. After doing some research and asking people in the medical profession where they would go or where they would send their mother for this procedure, Dr. Mack was the clear winner. They did the necessary work to get my insurance to cover 100% of the cost and scheduled the procedure when it fit my schedule and not theirs. Just got done with my eye surgery Monday afternoon and today was my follow up this morning with Dr Mack. He was very professional from the start of my pre consultation (free) and then very relaxing surgery day as he exemplify confidence with his whole staff team showing politeness and very responsive to any inquiries along the way. Coming home today, I found a Fed Ex of flowers thanking me for trusting him and his whole staff. First to exp this type of gesture from my surgeon. WOW
Dr. Mack is wonderful! My surgery was so easy, he kept me totally safe & comfortable, I knew what to expect the entire time, the healing process was a breeze & almost completely pain free. All of his staff is awesome & the best part is that I look & feel like a million bucks! My eyelids have been completely lifted & refreshed & I am not even fully healed!
