Dr. Mack has lovely bedside manner; is focused and thorough in diagnosis. His work is exquisite. He removed basil cancer from my bottom eyelid, which had been there 5 years. He rebuilt my eye perfectly. No one would ever know anything had been wrong. His care post surgery was intent and concerned. You can TRUST that he will do a fabulous job, from start to finish.
Dr. Mack performed an upper and lower lid lift for me in November of 2019 and I couldn't be more pleased! I was a little hesitant to have the procedure done but, now I wish I'd had it done sooner. He and his staff provided an easy and professional experience, answered all of my questions and concerns, and made the process a breeze. I'd recommend his practice to anyone looking to improve their appearance....TOP NOTCH!
Dr. Mack helped me with eyelid surgery. He was careful to explain things to me, and the surgery was successful. Now a few weeks later, I am cleared to resume normal living, and love my repaired eyelids! His professional courtesy and kind demeanor was very helpful. Thanks to Dr. Mack!

Dr. Mack did a ptosis repair on my left upper eyelid on 12/9/19 and the appearance of my left eye has dramatically improved as a result. I previously had two procedures for this same issue with another surgeon and they were not able to achieve any improvement, so I was a bit anxious about having a third procedure and starting again. Dr Mack & his team are kind, gentle, caring, knowledgeable, professional & efficient. On Oct 26,2019 he & team did eyelid enhancement surgery on both eyes. I didn't expect to have better vision but amazingly I did. Post surgery they offered me the opportunity to use a new product called "LidLiftGoggle" . It was fabulous compared to using ice pack. Dr. Mack performed reconstructive surgery on my lower eyelid (after I had Mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma). I was nervous and needed a skin graft, but Dr. Mack and his staff were very reassuring and took excellent care of me. I really appreciated the professionalism, expertise, teamwork and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Mack.
