I went to Dr. Mack to have the excess skin removed from my eyelids. After doing some research and asking people in the medical profession where they would go or where they would send their mother for this procedure, Dr. Mack was the clear winner. They did the necessary work to get my insurance to cover 100% of the cost and scheduled the procedure when it fit my schedule and not theirs. Dr. Mack performed an upper and lower lid lift for me in November of 2019 and I couldn't be more pleased! I was a little hesitant to have the procedure done but, now I wish I'd had it done sooner. He and his staff provided an easy and professional experience, answered all of my questions and concerns, and made the process a breeze. I'd recommend his practice to anyone looking to improve their appearance....TOP NOTCH!

Dr. Mack did a ptosis repair on my left upper eyelid on 12/9/19 and the appearance of my left eye has dramatically improved as a result. Dr Mack & his team are kind, gentle, caring, knowledgeable, professional & efficient. On Oct 26,2019 he & team did eyelid enhancement surgery on both eyes. I didn't expect to have better vision but amazingly I did. Post surgery they offered me the opportunity to use a new product called "LidLiftGoggle" . It was fabulous compared to using ice pack. Dr. Mack performed reconstructive surgery on my lower eyelid (after I had Mohs surgery for basal cell carcinoma). I was nervous and needed a skin graft, but Dr. Mack and his staff were very reassuring and took excellent care of me. I really appreciated the professionalism, expertise, teamwork and kindness. I would highly recommend Dr. Mack.

I found Dr Mack and his staff to be very friendly, caring & professional. I had my upper eyelids done, and am very pleased with the outcome. I didn't realize just how much my peripheral vision was impacted by my dropping eyelids. Happy to report that I had minimal bruising and pain afterwards. Highly recommend.
