I previously tried to post a review and mistakenly selected one star instead of 5! I couldn't delete or revise it so I want to make sure I at least post a correction! Dr. Mack and his team are amazing! I was referred by my ophthalmologist. I needed highly specialized surgery. My doctor told me don't go anywhere else. I know why! Dr. Mack and his team explained everything and were able to address all of my concerns quickly and professionally. I am so glad I was referred to Dr. Mack. I highly recommend Dr. Mack!
I was referred to Dr. Mack by my eye doctor. I have seen Dr. Mack three times and each time he has been friendly, caring, and interested in my eye condition. He has done two procedures on my blocked tear duct in hopes of preventing me from having surgery. He has answered all of my questions. I was prescribed a medication that my pharmacy could not get and late on a Friday afternoon his staff worked until they found a pharmacy in my area that did have the medication. I have been to Dr. Mack for three procedures over the last few years. Besides being highly competent and an expert surgeon he is also personable and friendly. He puts you at ease immediately. My ophthalmologist recommended Dr. Mack and I am so happy he did. I had a mole on my lower eyelid that had started to grow after 40 years of just hanging out. Within a week and a half from my ophthalmologist recommendation, I was in to see Dr. Mack. He did the biopsy that visit. I was given an appt a week later to get the results. Fortunately, it was benign. He gave me several recommendations, but we decided on just removing the rest of the mole rather than an a full surgery with stitches, etc. I came back in two weeks and h... read more

When I was diagnosed with Melanoma on my cheek in late June 2021 and my Dermatologist indicated a Plastic Surgeon should do the work, I didn't hesitate to contact Dr. Mack's Office. Thank goodness I did! He and his Team did a fabulous job and many say that if I did not point the area out they would not notice I had anything done (and my WHOLE left cheek was cut open and repaired). Thanks so much to Dr. Mack and his whole Team!
My eyelids were extremely heavy which made reading, watching T.V. and driving difficult. Dr. Mack did bilateral blepharoplasty and eye lid muscles the first of September 2021. The surgery went extremely well and healing process was great. Dr. Mack and his staff are very professional and caring. I recommend him highly.
I am so happy that Dr. Mack was the doctor I chose to have my eye surgery. He was very comforting and answered any questions I had even if they seemed crazy. His staff is the nicest office staff I have ever had interaction with from the receptionist Nina, to Sam who schedules the surgeries, to Jamie who does the billing and really listens when you have questions about the billing.
