I went to Dr. Mack to have the excess skin removed from my eyelids. After doing some research and asking people in the medical profession where they would go or where they would send their mother for this procedure, Dr. Mack was the clear winner. They did the necessary work to get my insurance to cover 100% of the cost and scheduled the procedure when it fit my schedule and not theirs. Dr Mack is an excellent surgeon I would recommend him. He treated me like I was important. Anna called me everyday to check on me. My eyelids look great and I can see now
Dr. Mack is a very skilled and gifted surgeon. Both my husband and I have had blepharoplasty surgery by Dr. Mack and the results were amazing. Our expectations were exceeded and could not recommend Dr. Mack more. His staff is pleasant, helpful, professional, and knowledgeable five star all the way.
I have been a patient of Dr. Mack's for the last 10 years. Dr Mack is warm, professional and takes time to listen to your concerns. He is thorough during the consultation which leads him to develop a treatment plan that achieves optimal results. He is precise in his procedures and this, together with his compassion and dedication to his patients truly sets him apart. Dr Mack's professionalism is reflected in his office staff members, who are efficient and always make you feel warm and welcome.
Every one on the staff was very helpful during visits to the office and the surgeries.
I had a basal cell in my lower lid. After having 70% of my lower lid removed Dr Mack did my reconstruction. I am very pleased with the results. He had to sew my eye shut for a couple weeks but I never had any pain. Dr Mack and his staff are amazing. Highly recommend!
