I went to Dr. Mack to have the excess skin removed from my eyelids. After doing some research and asking people in the medical profession where they would go or where they would send their mother for this procedure, Dr. Mack was the clear winner. They did the necessary work to get my insurance to cover 100% of the cost and scheduled the procedure when it fit my schedule and not theirs. I was referred to Dr. Mack by St. Lukes for surgery to remove an injured eye. Learning that you must have an eye removed is, at the very least, upsetting news, but Dr. Mack could not have been more reassuring and thorough in his preliminary assessment as well as during the surgery itself, and after care visits. Dr Mack was recommended to me by my eye doctor last year and this year. I did have upper and lower eyelid surgery and am really pleased with the result. My only regret was that I did not do it a year earlier. The office staff and Dr Mack made it a nice experience.
