Dr. Mack was recommended by my Dr. Richard Harvey from the Watson Clinic, Lakeland, Florida. I felt comfortable the moment I met him for my surgical evaluation and I compliment his dedicated and caring staff as well. Very friendly and competent staff. Dr. Mack is wonderful. He did eyelid surgery for me and I am and have been very pleased. Recently he treated a blocked tear/oil duct on my lower eyelid. I strongly recommend Dr. Mack. Also, I recommended 2 of my friends for eyelid surgery and they are both delighted.
I had an excellent experience with Dr. Mack's eyelid surgery for my eyes. Also, he previously had done a similar, but more complex, procedure for my Daughter that achieved perfect results. His professional office and staff focused on the patient at all levels of service from start to finish to make the whole process the best.
Dr Mack did an amazing job on my eye. Had surgery procedure on June 24, 2019. Recovery was short. Office staff very personable and friendly. I highly recommend him.

Outstanding from day 1 through the surgery and recovery. I felt very comfortable in the care of Dr. Mack. He came highly recommended. The professionalism demonstrated by he and his staff was top notch. This may be one of the few reviews left by a man for surgery of this type but I wanted to impress on those considering it... he is good.

It was by chance that i found dr Mack. My neighbor had her eye lids done by him and looked great. I am a guy and as you know, guys don't worry to much about things like this. What made me want this procedure was my loss of peripheral vision. I would like to say, my entire experience from the first consultation to the follow up appoints were the best thing i could have done to improve my vision. Dr Mack as well as his staff are outstanding and i would highly recomend him to others.
I could not be happier with the experience and results! Dr. Mack did an amazing job with my upper and lower lid surgery. He is a true perfectionist. On the day of surgery he came in relaxed and only seemed interested in "getting it right." He was not rushing to get to the next patient. The same was true for my follow-up appointments. My results are terrific. His staff is also fantastic. They were friendly and caring. They took care of everything with my insurance making it totally stress free for me.
