My entire family has received services from Dr. Mack for a variety of eye, eyelid, and eyelash problems. While he is always busy, I have never felt rushed. Dr. Mack and his staff take the time to explain in detail your diagnosis and recommended course of action. Dr. Mack and his staff provide high quality care in a professional environment. I highly recommend him as a provider.
Everything about my eyelid surgery from initial visit to the last visit was exceptional. Dr. Mack is very personable as well as being a great surgeon. His office staff is friendly and efficient. I did not have to wait beyond my scheduled time to be seen. I was very hesitant to have the surgery, but all the staff including the surgery staff were very supportive. Dr. Mack was recommended to me by my dermatologist. He was also given a thumbs up by my primary care so I felt very confident in choosing him. The pre surgery visit was very thorough. Dr. Mack is very professional and knowledgeable, his staff provided exceptional care, they thoroughly explained the procedure and made me feel at ease. His entire staff, from the nurses (especially Sandy) to the front office and scheduling, were all an absolute pleasure to work with. I will continue to recommended him and his office.

My experience with Dr. Mack was fantastic. I had Basel Cell on a lower eye lid that I put off taking care of far to long. His staff was very friendly and attentive. He explained everything on each visit, corrected the issue and the area looks great.
