Dr. Mack recently did my upper lids and I'm extremely satisfied with the results. I followed his instructions and I had absolutely no pain. I did have some bruising, but I expected that and it soon went away. I was very concerned about pain, but I assure you, I had no pain at all. They handled all my insurance paperwork and it was fully covered. His staff is wonderful and I had early morning appointments and never had to wait.
Drooping eyelids affecting my vision. Dr. Mack came highly recommended and did a wonderful job. There was no pain, no bruising, and quick healing. If you are looking for a Ophthalmologist, Dr. Mack is the man.
Brilliant doctor with beautiful results! I was terrified to have my upper and lower lids done, fearing the potential of a bad outcome that would make me self conscious and possibly, ugly (I searched bad results--scary). My upper lids were medically necessary, even though I'm only 56. My lower lids have bothered me greatly for the last few years, with a hollowed out area and prominent fat pad. I searched for the best possible doctor and was excited to find one of the best in the country, Dr. Mack
The Mack Cosmetic Center is an exceptionally well-managed, well organized and observably dedicated medical provider. Dr. Mack is superbly skilled, noticeably courteous and sincerely interested in the wellbeing of his patients. His calming manners and respectful patience are genuine and deeply comforting. It is quite obvious that his leadership sets a shining example for his staff, as they strive to offer and maintain the highest standard of care my wife and I have experienced to-date.
Upper eyelid surgery could not have gone better. Happy with results. No pain at any time.
Just last night my friend told me she was so happy to hear I had used Dr. Mack because when she consulted with her eye doctor for possible surgery, he told her the best and only person she should use in the Tampa Bay area is Dr. Mack. Dr. Mack and his staff are very pleasant to work with. They are thorough in answering questions, and kind in dealing with fears. Expectations and care protocol were addressed well. Most importantly, I am very happy with the results of my eyelid surgery.

I went to Dr. Mack and had a growth removed from my eyelid, the staff was terrific and he was precise and quick. Could not have gone better. Such a scary procedure near the eye but it was amazing.
Highly recommended by my doctor, and now that I've had my hooded eyelids corrected, I endorse him,too!
