I went to Dr. Mack to have the excess skin removed from my eyelids. After doing some research and asking people in the medical profession where they would go or where they would send their mother for this procedure, Dr. Mack was the clear winner. They did the necessary work to get my insurance to cover 100% of the cost and scheduled the procedure when it fit my schedule and not theirs. Drooping eyelids affecting my vision. Dr. Mack came highly recommended and did a wonderful job. There was no pain, no bruising, and quick healing. If you are looking for a Ophthalmologist, Dr. Mack is the man.
Brilliant doctor with beautiful results! I was terrified to have my upper and lower lids done, fearing the potential of a bad outcome that would make me self conscious and possibly, ugly (I searched bad results--scary). My upper lids were medically necessary, even though I'm only 56. My lower lids have bothered me greatly for the last few years, with a hollowed out area and prominent fat pad. The Mack Cosmetic Center is an exceptionally well-managed, well organized and observably dedicated medical provider. Dr. Mack is superbly skilled, noticeably courteous and sincerely interested in the wellbeing of his patients. His calming manners and respectful patience are genuine and deeply comforting. It is quite obvious that his leadership sets a shining example for his staff, as they strive to offer and maintain the highest standard of care my wife and I have experienced to-date.
Upper eyelid surgery could not have gone better. Happy with results. No pain at any time.
Just last night my friend told me she was so happy to hear I had used Dr. Mack because when she consulted with her eye doctor for possible surgery, he told her the best and only person she should use in the Tampa Bay area is Dr. Mack. Dr. Mack and his staff are very pleasant to work with. They are thorough in answering questions, and kind in dealing with fears. Expectations and care protocol were addressed well. Most importantly, I am very happy with the results of my eyelid surgery.

I went to Dr. Mack and had a growth removed from my eyelid, the staff was terrific and he was precise and quick. Could not have gone better. Such a scary procedure near the eye but it was amazing.

I was referred to Dr. Mack by my dermatologist, who noticed a small growth on the inside of my eyelid. He thought it should be checked out since it could be cancerous. Dr. Mack was able to see me the same day, diagnosed it as a small cyst and 2 tear ducts blocked. We scheduled the surgery for 2 weeks out. I barely felt the lidocaine needle, thanks to numbing eyedrops. Much better than I expected. Surgery was fairly quick and I went home with a prescription for an ointment to use.
