I went to Dr. Mack to have the excess skin removed from my eyelids. After doing some research and asking people in the medical profession where they would go or where they would send their mother for this procedure, Dr. Mack was the clear winner. They did the necessary work to get my insurance to cover 100% of the cost and scheduled the procedure when it fit my schedule and not theirs. Dr. Mack and his staff were very professional and easy to work with; from examination of droopiness in eyelids through surgery and recovery. Every step was explained clearly, the desired outcome and all risks were known beforehand. All went as scheduled, and my recovery is complete. My eyesight did improve.
Dr Mack and his entire staff were great. I was informed about what to expect going through the procedure from the pre-op to the post -op check ups. Everything went smoothly and the results are just what I was hoping for, will recommend Dr Mack to anyone that needs eyelid and facial surgery.

Dr. Mack did repair work after I had a basal cell carcinoma removed under my left eyelid. His work was exceptional - no scarring! Dr. Mack and his entire staff are competent and caring - the complete package.

Dr. Mack and all of his staff are very personable. I had my upper eyelid surgery on May 15, 2017. It is so nice to drive and have my vision be so clear. At the end of the day, I can now relax, watch a movie and not have to put drops for redness and blurred vision, that I had before surgery. Thank you again, Dr. Mack and staff for this wonderful procedure that produced excellent results and the very easy and great experience. I have already recommended two friends and will continue to so.
Dr Mack is an artist! I go to him for Botox, Juviderm, Volbella, Volumina. The results are amazing! Coworker s didn't realize I had "work" done. They thought I looked well rested.
