I was referred to Dr. Mack by my dermatologist, who noticed a small growth on the inside of my eyelid. He thought it should be checked out since it could be cancerous. Dr. Mack was able to see me the same day, diagnosed it as a small cyst and 2 tear ducts blocked. We scheduled the surgery for 2 weeks out. I barely felt the lidocaine needle, thanks to numbing eyedrops. Much better than I expected. Surgery was fairly quick and I went home with a prescription for an ointment to use.
Dr. Mack and his staff were the best. Everyone was kind, caring, friendly, and very professional. I had drooping eyelids that were severely impacting my vision. I had trouble seeing, reading, and was tripping over things. Now I see better than I have in years and look 10 years younger besides! I had no pain and the healing was very quick. I am 6 weeks post-op and only have one tiny bruise left! Thanks Dr. Mack for giving me a new outlook for 2018!
I visited Dr. Mack's office mid year 2017 for removal of a cyst on my eye lid that had grown and now was touching the inside of my eye. There were some issues with my insurance company getting it approved as a non-cosmetic surgery but Dr. Mack's staff worked with my insurance company to resolve the issue. Dr. Mack did a great job removing the cyst, he was quick and efficient. I believe the surgery lasted 15 minutes. My recovery was easy, took only Tylenol. Highly Recommend Dr. Mack & Staff.
Simply outstanding, is my whole encounter with Dr. Mack and the entire supporting team. Ease of the procedure and all the thoughts that one would go through. Dr. Mack is very easy to talk to and answers every question as if he has never heard it before. Everyone should always have an enjoyable face to face with him and the team. The trust I have is off the chart.
Dr Mack is professional and friendly. He takes the time to talk with you. This was my husbands second surgery, and both turned out excellent.
NOT HAPPY!!! My insurance paid for my upper eye lid surgery the surgery left my eyes very uneven I was told several times by the staff that the Dr. would make it right and he will for $1500.000!!!! Very poor business ethects

I was treated by Dr. Mack to remove a chalazion in my right eye. The procedure was performed in the office under local anesthesia. There was minimal discomfort, and the swelling was gone in two weeks. Dr. Mack is highly skilled and very personable. His staff is upbeat as well. I highly recommend them.
Dr Mack is a very caring Doctor. I've had excellent results with every procedures he has done for me. T recently he removed a skin tag from between my upper eyelashes without me loosing any eyelashes with the removal of the skin tag. I've also had a sebaceous cyst biopsied and removed from my face with no scars. I was amazed with that. My major surgery with Dr Mack was having a stent placed in my tear duct. That was a very delicate ( and unusual) surgery with great results. No pain afterwards.
