All staff excellent, courteous , and professional .Dr Mack is a very precise surgeon. And on top of everything going on praises his staff for their help. Definitely recommend!!!!!!

Dr. Mack is an excellent oculoplastic surgeon I would trust with any medical or cosmetic procedure. In additional to being a great, reliable surgeon he also is an experienced cosmetic injector who does wonders if you're seeking a natural but youthful appearance.
Horrible. Dr. Mack was condescending, inappropriate and would not take responsibility for the awful and painful outcome of my surgery. Prior to surgery he promised that I would be pleased with the outcome and if not he would do whatever he could if the results were not what he promised. After months of follow up visits, and my eyes still looking close to what they were prior to surgery, he continued to state they were still swollen (at 11 months) and would not do another surgery to fix it. I have bad under eye dark circles. I heard that tear trough injections can help the appearance. Dr Mack told me no promises but I decided to go ahead and let him do it. Wow, amazing difference. No pain, no bruising. I looked great at my sons wedding 2 weeks later. Thank you Dr Mack, you’re the best!

Dr. Mack performed my blepharoplasty on February 28, 2022, and I am very satisfied with the results. Dr. Mack was informative and answered all my questions before and after the procedure. Dr. Mack's staff was also courteous, polite, and answered questions I had for them. The whole experience was well worth it, with no complaints.
