Dr. ROUSE is one of my very favorite Dr.s ever. He is kind very understanding and really nose is stuff. I would recommend him to anyone who has Diabetes he makes having shots in your eyes not so bad.
I get a shot in my eye once a month. Dr Rouse explained everything he was doing. Always friendly. The staff was very friendly and thorough.
