He had no compassion, and starting shouting. His assistant dropped my eyeglasses on the floor.
He is as warm, caring and compassionate as a stone wall. His exam was harsh along with his tone of voice. I will never set foot in his office again. Giving him 1 star is more than he deserves.
I’ve seen Dr Rouse for multiple eye problems including a detached retina. I always feel that he is very smart, up to date with eye care practice procedures, and I would definitely recommend him!
Dr. Rouse saved my eyesight when a histoplasmosis spot on my retina started bleeding. He has taken wonderful care of my eyes in the 10 years since then. He's honest and answers all my questions. He doesn't sit and hold your hand - he has too many people to see but he's always there when I need him. I wouldn't go to anyone else.
I definitely would not recommend this man to anyone. Your eye sight is so important. I do not call someone like him a doctor. I call this person a maniac nut, posing as a doctor. He will injure first time patients who have no idea he is crazy. He has a great profile online, but if you go there, you might be terrorized and injured. He shined the bright light into one of my eyes for 30 minutes and blinded me. I have had eye pain since I saw him, which I did not have before I went there.
I found Dr Rouse to be very patient, very concerned and very thorough. He explained the condition I was experiencing to my satisfaction and gave me a plan to go forward. The support staff were extremely friendly and professional and the tests they administered seemed tailored to the condition.
He saw my mom for a ripped retina and was treated poorly. He was rushing and frustrated coz he has an appointment for his son. She treated my mom like a little child and put her in a more stressful situation when she's already stressed before she even got there due to her eye problem. Dr. Rouse even scared my mom with a remark "do you Wana to lose your sight?". So the experience of my mom with him was very poor and shows that the doctor has no genuine care for his patients.
