Dr Rouse is always personable and thorough !
Dr Rouse and his nurse June are the best in retina care, however, I arrived at my prescribed appointment time 1:10PM and I checked out at 2:53PM.
Felt very comfortable everybody was so helpful.
He told me that everythimxg looked good. Even better than the last pictures. He is pleased with what is happening.

Straight to the point about the issues, what can be done all while showing compassion in a direct way.
Was seen pretty quick for the initial eye test then it took almost an hour for the assistant to complete another test as well as dilate the eyes. After that, I sat for an additional one hour plus before being sat in a room, then had to sit another amount of time to be seen by the doctor. Once Dr. Rouse got came it was business as usual and he was kind and helpful. But waiting so long is very frustrating. And an appointment that should only take approximately an hour took over three hours plus. In my book that is unacceptable... read more
