Dr. Rouse is amazing. Nothing but good things to say. Unfortunately the wait and apt time could use work. 2 hours and 10 minutes is excessive. Seems like there are way too many people scheduled at one time. Of course things happen but this is every single apt. If I didn't love and trust him and have so much history with him I would be looking elsewhere.
The entire staff was great throughout the whole visit. I had various tests with different team members and each were courteous and explained each process along the way. They made what usually is a stressful time less agonizing and smooth. By the time I met with Dr. Rouse I was relaxed and at ease. His explanation of my condition was thorough and treatment plan was very clear and concise. I look forward to working with this whole team.
Came in on Saturday for me, I was thinking I had a retinal detachment. After a very thorough exam, advised me the eye and retina were ok. Very caring individual.
Dr Rouse always tells me exactly what’s happening with my eyes and explains in a very clear way.
Dr. Rouse and his staff took excellent care of my eyes. He gave me all the time in the world to answer my questions and let me know what the nexts steps are.
The most professional Dr I have ever met. The admin team at the office in Huntersville is also top notch. Very caring and helpful. I have been a patient for AMD shots for 2 years. I wouldn't go anywhere else. I trust Dr. Rouse immensely.
