Best dental practice that I have ever been to!!!!!!!
Great dentist and support staff. I really enjoy my office visits. Very professional and informative. I have broken my jaw twice and have significant issues. Dr. Ngai is the best dentist I have ever been to and I have been to several. He has a great track record keeping my dental issues stable. I could not give his team a higher rating!
Having tried a couple of other dentists, Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps are exceptional, and they have a great, friendly staff. It took me awhile to find them, but am sure glad I did.
I have been going to them forever! They're like family!

The team has always been very friendly, flexible and welcoming. Always provided excellent services; the very best so far. The quality of their work is at its best. The one analogy I have always given to my friends when I refer them to Dr Phipps & Dr Ngai, is if you give them and old Toyota Camry, you will come home with a new 2016 Camry.
Tammy was absolutely wonderful! I am so thankful for her taking the time to go beyond the information that was initially put in the system regarding my insurance to see if I was able to continue seeing Dr. Ngai w/o being a private pay patient. I am absolutely ecstatic with being able to return to Dr. Ngai's office for my dental treatment! This is a great team, great office and all around great experiences are made here!!!!
Everyone in the office is always very welcoming. I really appreciate Lisa and how she is thoughtful about accommodating me and my circumstances.
The front office staff is organized and ready, making the check in process quick and comfortable. Was in the chair within 1 minute of arrival. Both Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps take the time needed to explain the course of action necessary, and provide excellent insights into the treatment options and recommendations. After over 10 years of caring for my family and children, I just can't imagine a dental experience gets any better.
