Love this place! My family and I have been getting our dental work done by Dr.'s Phipps and Ngai for 15+ years. They are the perfect combination of old school, comforting attention, and modern, professional dentistry. As someone who has always felt trepidation about going to the dentist, there is NO WHERE else I would go for dental work.
Dr. Ngai is my favorite dentist so far, and I've had quite a few. Always gentle, gives me enough novocaine to numb the area hi has to work on, and I have a high tolerance. Everyone in the office is friendly and seems to remember me. I have recommended Dr. Ngia to several people.
Happy to be back. I moved 5 years ago and decided to try a new dentist closer to home. I missed Dr. Nai and his staff. I am willing to drive an extra 30 minutes to be seen in his office. Totally worth it.

Always a great visit! The procedures are explained completely to the patient each and every time. Recommendations are made and it's truly up to the patient as to which dental plan they wish to execute. Examinations are thorough, procedures are painless, staff is as friendly as you could ever wish for!
We left Dr's Ngai and Phipps because of a change in insurance. After several bad experiences with other dentists and office personnel we dropped our insurance and bought more expensive insurance just to get back to Dr's Ngai and Phipps along with their wonderful staff.
