Very detailed examination and explanation regarding what not only needs to be done but also what changes that need to be made to maintain healthy teeth. (This was the first time I was provided with more that just brush and floss advise) I don't necessarily look forward to dental visits but now at least I won't dread them as much.

Been going to Dr. Ngai Dr.Phipps since I moved here to Elk Grove 19 years ago would not think of going anywhere else they are great dentists.
My family has been going to Dr Ngai and Phipps for 20 years. They have always done a great job with our teeth and everyone in the office has been exceptional in their customer service.
The entire staff is always on time and Dr. Ngai even did an emergency filling right away. Everything clearly explained and professional.
I had searched within a 30 mile radius for a dentist I could trust. I finally found Dr. Penny Phipps. Her knowledge in dentistry and proactive approach has been what has kept me from having major dental work, even when other doctors had said that was my only option. I also bring my son to see Dr. Phipps on a regular basis and he never feels anxious prior to his appointment. If you are looking for a dentist you can trust.... look no further.
Always treated like a queen. Hope I NEVER have to find a new dentist as this is home!
