Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps are the best dentists I have ever had. Lisa F. always does an outstanding job on my mouth and has some very valuable suggestions which I am implementing. Patty and Tammy also do a great job for a very satisfactory dental visit experience. I have to rate this a five star plus dental practice, the best I have ever experienced.

Lisa is always considerate of my specific needs, but yesterday she went above and beyond in meeting my needs. I didn't feel well and she did all the x-rays quickly with my comfort in mind. She had to stand to do the cleaning because the chair couldn't be tilted back because of my GERD. I felt very grateful for her kindness.

I have been bringing my family here here for over ten years. I have never had any complaints. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We moved two years ago to Lincoln and I still bring my family all the way to Elk Grove, the care is that good!!! I would highly recommend this office. Very trustworthy dentists.
Most Professional and Friendly! I've been a patient of Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps for seven years now. And from my very first appointment, they and their staff have been professional, courteous, accommodating, and friendly. They use the most current technology available, making treatment both more effective, and more pleasant. (I personally dread the dentist, but these guys make it a positive experience.) Tammy and Patty were their always friendly selves, my hygienist was thorough and pain-free (I don't remember her name, sorry) and Dr. Ngai was, as always, professional, painless, and wonderful.
