My husband and I have been with Dr. Phipps and Dr. Nai for over 15 years. I have chips in both of my front teeth. Dr. Nai has filled for me twice and they look great. I attribute his skill to my ability to continue to smile with confidence. The hygienist reviews my chart before cleanings and remembers my preferences and sensitive spots before she begins cleaning my teeth. Dr Ngai and Dr Phipps have been my family's dentist for 20 years and wouldn't think of going to anyone else. In fact when we lost them for a year because of the ACA we didn't go to one. Happily we got them back this year and had appts. made for the first of the year. Happy to say they took such good care of us in the past that even though we missed a year the family was cavity free.

Terrific team of dental professionals! Dr. Ngai and Dr. Phipps are genuine dentists who treat their patients knowledgeably with care, tact and always do and deliver top-notch quality work. In addition, they both educate a patient about better preventative teeth care and inform about available/suitable options before necessary treatment. I missed my last cleaning due to some medical issues. Worse, I had been taking strong anti-biotics that caused my teeth to become inordinately dark. When Lisa went to work on me, I didn't expect much. The appointment ran a little long as she diligently worked on my teeth. At the conclusion of my appointment she apologized for taking so long and went on to her next patient. I didn't look at my teeth until I got home and what a surprise.
