Dr Ngai and staff are always awesome. They make me feel very welcome. On top of that, I have never had to wait in the waiting room more than 5 minutes even when I'm 15 minutes early.

Dr. Ngai and his staff are always personable and engaging. I don't have to wait, in fact if an earlier time becomes available, they will often call me to see if I would like to come in earlier. I am so frustrated when I am on time to an appointment to then have to sit and wait for the provider.

I'm always treated with respect and kindness at Dr. Ngai & Dr. Phipps' office. They make me feel comfortable, and they are always professional.
Dr Ngai and staff are always pleasant and efficient. I never feel like I need to block out half a day for them. I rarely sit in the waiting room more than 5 minutes, even when I'm early. Regarding their dental work... their record keeping is spot on. They have intimate knowledge of my dental history and they only see me every six months. When I first started with Dr. Ngai, he recognized and corrected a problem I have dealt with for years at another dentist. Very impressive.
Lisa is always very considerate and thoughtful when I come in for my cleaning.
