Dr. Looby listens very intently to what I have to say about my injury. He offers several courses of action with his suggestions, but my final decision on the course of action needed. He is a pleasure to see because he is simply just a wonderful person first and a doctor second.
I do not like most doctors because they talk down to you, this is not the case with Dr. Looby. Him and his staff were very helpful straight forward and to the point. They explained everything to me and made sure I understood what was going on
Explained surgery prior to actual surgery, very helpful staff, doesn't make me wait forever in the waiting room and my therapy/recovery time has been just as explained prior to surgery.
Excellent results for both shoulder replacement and rotor cuff repair.
Very personal and a good listener. He gives options and explains procedures that could be done.

Very positive experience.. Answered all my questions and took the time that I needed to make a decision on treatment. All the staff were very helpful and friendly.
From beginning to end a very good experience. Questions answered right away and Dr. Looby made me feel at ease and able to trust in him. His staff was friendly and very personable, the atmosphere was relaxed, no rushing through procedures or explanations. Definitely would recommend this facility and staff.
