I think Dr. Mark is remarkable. He is funny and knows what he is talking about.--Maxwell age 11 Dr. Mark is very funny. I was scared the first time, but he made me feel better. Very pleasant office and staff, Dr. McCarthy gave a very thorough examination of my teeth and bite, and recommendations for treatment.
Dr. McCarthy treats me like an important client. I had an issue over a weekend and left a message. He promptly called me back himself - no medical service for him. His staff is friendly and professional. They're an interesting combination of high tech and TLC.
Dr. McCarthy has been my dentist since I was in high school. He extracted my impacted wisdom teeth painlessly. I always marvel at how relatively painless it is to get a novacaine shot because my prior dentist had hurt me when he gave me shots. I had no idea it could be painless until I saw Dr. McCarthy. I am a new patient and couldn't be happier! Recently relocated to St. Louis area and have had to find all new service providers - what a pain! But finding Dr. McCarthy's office has been the best experience ever. I know I'm in good hands here. He is an extremely professional dentist and a very kind, nice person. You can't get better than "Dr. Mark." I have been taking my children there for years. My oldest son has autism. Dr. Mark worked slowly, diligently, and very "FUN"ly with my son over a period of time. My son has now gone from not wanting to walk into the dentist office to being able to have all his teeth cleaned, X-rayed, flouride treatments and even molds made for a bite guard. Dr. McCarthy and his staff are great! I hate going to dentists and hate needles. I don't sleep the night before I go to the dentist because I'm worrying about it. Dr. Mccarthy has a great sense of humor, great personality, very calm and reassuring. He does excellent work and works quickly. His staff is very supportive and positive. Dr. McCarthy is very easy to talk to and understand. He makes sure that you understand the pros and cons of any treatment. I am very happy with my dental care for myself and my children. My children are very comfortable with Dr. McCarthy as well. This is important as children rarely want to go to the dentist.
