I had a routine checkup, cleaning, and x-rays. As usually, the visit was very easy and pleasant. I have been seeing Dr. McCarthy for years, and I always am pleased with the experience. I would highly recommend Dr. McCarthy.
I became a patient of Dr. Mark McCarthy (and Maggie) about 15 years ago, when I was in my late teens. I never realized prior to my first appointment with them that the dentist could be PLEASANT. I actually look forward to my visits with them every six months. From Nancy (at the front desk) to Maggie (wonderful hygienist) to Mark (informative, very likable/friendly). I like them so much that my husband decided to switch to them, and our 3-yr old son had his first visit with them. (HE even enjoyed it.) They're great!
Dr. McCarthy has been my dentist for longer than I can remember. He is always friendly and helpful. He considers the patient's concerns when explaining procedures, costs, etc. The office is in a great location and always spotless. The secretary Nancy is always a pleasure to work with as well.
I have been going to Dr McCarthy for My entire life and have always felt comforatable and completely taken care of. I would highly recommend his services. His staff is professional, courteous, and talented.
Pain is always at a minimum, chair-side manners are excellent. I would definitely recommend him to others!
He is amazing. I first met him because he treats the girls at the non-profit where I work. I'm new to the area so I needed a new dentist as well. After seeing what a great job he did for them, I made an appointment. I've been seeing Dr. McCarthy for almost five years now and in that time I had invisalign. He was great and easy to work with and put me on a payment plan (remember, I work for a non-profit, not much money in those). He's nice, friendly and has a great heart. And most importantly, a soft touch when drilling!
I have so much confidence in Dr. Mark. He has always been very honest with me. I trust everything he says. From the first day of my consultation I knew he was the right dentist for me. Always a friendly atmosphere. Always feel at ease when I am there. The entire staff is great!! I would definitly recommend this dentist to anyone!
His dental hygienists are so friendly you forget you're actually having your teeth cleaned! The time passes really quickly and I never have to dread going to the dentist. All of the staff are so helpful - they genuinely seem to care about their patients and try to get to know them. They even remember stories you might have told them from a year ago on your last visit. It's a great place to get your teeth cleaned.
I've been going to see Dr. McCarthy for years and I've always had a wonderful experience. Dr. McCarthy and his staff really take the stress out of going to the dentist.
