My husband and I have shared a few too many dissapointing experiences and were hoping to find a professional and experienced dentist. And so we did ! We have finally found him! Dr. McCarthy's office has a very friendly atmosphere. They have taken good care of my teeth for over 20 years. My visits usually consist of checkups because of the care I have received over the years. On the few occasions that I have had to have a procedure Dr. Mark and Pat have been very attentive to my comfort. If something hurts, they want to take care of that so it doesn't hurt as they proceed. Overall the experience is a very pleasant one.
A very likeable and practical dentist. Currently have many of my teeth for eating healthy foods sensibly. Dr. McCarthy has guided me to retain my upper molars for my partial rather than have them pulled. I still am using my partial after 3 years later rather than removing the mollars unnecessarily. My oral hygiene is good and I am looking forward to continued good dental health at 80 years old thanks to his advice and good judgment.
Dr. McCarthy is one of the most thorough and professional dentists I've ever met. As a new patient, he explained his dental treatment philosophy and mission. He also provided an overall review and analysis of the health of my teeth and gums. Although, I was only in for a checkup, he spent a great deal of personal time and attention. Overall, it has been a very good experience.
I live in New York, but was visiting St. Louis and my mom and sister recommended Dr. McCarthy. I had a check up and had my teeth cleaned by Cathleen "Maggie" Farrell who was absolutely delightful, thorough and informative. My teeth feel so clean and the prices were very reasonable. Truly a great experience. I highly recommend Dr. McCarthy and his lovely team!
Even though I've gone to him for 3 years, I feel like I have known him and his staff for a long time. They are very friendly. Dr. McCarthy is very good. I have even gotten to trust him when he says I don't need novocaine. I have had extensive work done on my mouth in the last year. He always explained to me what was happening. Mark McCarthy and his entire staff are very professional and offer the highest caliber service in every aspect of their practice. Maggie is eccellent and you actually feel good when she's done making your teeth look and feel better. Mark is thorough and always has your best interests and best results in mind when determining treatment. To top it off, visiting Dr. Marthy's office is always hospitable and friendly
Dr. McCarthy is the best dentist I have seen. He is fast, personable and professional. His staff is wonderful-they make me feel like a member of the family. My kids and husband have been very pleased as well. You won't be disappointed.
Dr McCarthy's knowledge of dentistry combined with his easy-going and fun personality turns a normally "dreaded" visit to the dentist into an enjoyable occasion! My children absolutely love going to his office because they think that Dr. Mark is very funny, even while he is working on their teeth!
