Dr. McNerney and his entire medical staff were professional and caring.Dr. McNerney has a reassuring, soft-spoken manner, and that is exactly what I needed as I was approaching a colonoscopy that I thought might be problematic.
This was my first colonoscopy and this doctor put me at ease and used language I could understand. He was very friendly and professional.
All the people working there very nice
Everyone was extremely professional and friendly. I am a difficult IV start and everyone came together to make me comfortable. My only recommendation is that they need an ultrasound machine to help with people who have bad IV access. Otherwise, I highly recommend the doctor and his staff members. Great caring people
Have seen Dr. McNerney several times in the past years. I most recently called him regarding a problem I had. I saw him, explained my problem and he immediately set up an appointment for a colonoscopy and had very goood results. He is thorough, explains what should be done and does it, as well as explaining what I should do. In my opinion he is very conscientious and not afraid to tell you what it is and what to expect. Keep up the good work!
I researched a half dozen options for a colonoscopy in Tucson and decided on Tucson Gastroenterology Specialists. Their initial intake process was extremely efficient and professional. They were very transparent about their pricing, insurance deductibles and co-pays which was much appreciated. A nurse called well in advance of the procedure to go over my medical history, discuss any concerns and review the prep instructions. Nurses very friendly and surgical staff excellent.
After running hospitals for 40 years, I believe I know a great doctor when I meet one. Dr. McNerney has been my GI for 4 years. I would not go to anyone else. Staff are great being true professionals, well educated & experienced, and very considetate of your personal concerns.
Have been going to Dr. McNerney since 2009, and have never had a bad visit. Being able to have the procedures on the same office is a plus.
