I was very impressed with the facility, nurses and Dr. McNerney. They took me on time, the nurses and other staff members were friendly and helpful. Dr. McNerney explained everything before and after the procedures. Everything ran smoothly. I recommend using Dr. McNerney.
Had my appointment with Dr McNerney this past week. Upon arrival the place as one would expect was busy. The staff moved quickly to get everyone registered and really for their scheduled appointment. The staff who I dealt with, Rosie, Kay, Carol and Megan were on point. Listened to what was said and attended to those needs, with little hesitation. Dr McNerney was polite and as everyone there explained the procedure and what to expect going forward. Lucky for me I was told that needing to return was not needed, ever!!!
I've had numerous colonoscopies over the years and several at this facility. Each time I have this procedure, I leave impressed with how professional, clean the facility is, and efficient and caring the staff is. Thank you!

Routine colonoscopy. Making the appointment was easy without an extended wait to get an appointment. Colon prep before the procedure was simple unlike some other doctors. Questions prior to the procedure were answered promptly by staff. During the procedure the doctor calmly explained everything that we were seeing, what he was doing and why. Dr. McNerney told me I had graduated.... being 79, I didn't have to repeat today's procedure. Well, he and his team were so good, I'm coming back in 2029.
Had a routine colonoscopy. Prep was simple. Staff was very professional. Procedure was on time and the Dr was very friendly
i was kept informed regarding pre and post information; check in was a breeze, nurses made me feel very comfortable and were very knowledgeable. dr. mcnerney answered all my questions and made sure i was ok and understood everything. i just wished i had known about his practice 20 years ago and i would have not kept postponing the procedure. just wished all medical offices were as well run as efficient as his office.
Dr. McNerney is a gentle soul and very nice. Zak was especially helpful!
