Dr McNerney’s staff are super efficient, patient, and kind.Dr McNerney is a very good Doctor. Has done over 100 thousand colonoscopies in his career. The entire office appears to run like clock work…which is RARE in Tucson.I was blessed to find home and glad that he allowed me to do my procedure WITHOUT anesthesia. I just had to have IV in case I could not handle it!I would highly recommend him as a gastroenterologist!He is my husband’s gastroenterologist as well. My husband recommended him to me.
This was my second colonoscopy (lifetime) and first one with Tucson Gastroenterology and Dr. McNerney Jr. I arrived early, but sat only 5 minutes before being processed for my procedure. Everyone on staff was friendly and courteous. Each person introduced themselves by name and asked if I had any questions or concerns. Colonoscopies are typically unpleasant due to the prep required. Dr. McNerney and staff at Tucson Gastroenterology were outstanding. I highly recommend him if you need a specialist in this field of medicine.
Dr. McNerney is a keeper. He is so professional yet folksy to his patients. I would not want any other doctor in Tucson, period.

Most efficient operation in terms of medical team, facility, and speed of procedure. Dr. McNerney is wonderful, very warm and runs a tight ship. Everyone I met during my endoscopy (before and after) was excellent!
I had a good experience with the staff and medical personnel working with Dr. McNerney. The very next day I realized I had a urinary tract infection which is now being treated with. I would definitely see Dr. McNerney again and would also recommend him to others who need his types of services.
Dr McNerney is thorough with his exam and thoughtfully responds to questions. Both he and his staff are excellent! His practice is easy to recommend.
