Absolutely great, from the front office until escorted out to my car. Dr. McNerney and staff were professional and caring.
2nd colonoscopy @ Tucson Gastroenterology. Dr. John McNerney explains in detail what the procedure entails. Very knowledgeable & easy to talk to. Staff is extremely helpful. Each member discuss in detail what they will be doing during the procedure. Definitely a 5 star rating!
This was my second colonoscopy, first w/Dr. McNerney. The entire experience was easy, comfortable and professional. The staff in the surgery center was amazing as was Dr. McNerney. Everyone had a job and it was done well.
I went in for routine colonoscopy. The experience was efficient and well organized. Dr. McNerney, Matt, Kelsey and the nurse who did the intake (I don’t remember her name) were all very nice and answered all of my questions. I was pleased with my treatment there and would recommend this team highly.
Dr. McNerney and his staff are top notch. They make the experience easy and comfortable. Dr. McNerney explained everything and put my mind at ease. He is very nice and so are his nurses.
I have been trying to get an appointment since March 2022, tried scheduling online, called and left messages and have received no call backs. I have Barrett’s esophagus so I need periodic endoscopy’s

He listened to my history patiently. I have allergies and extreme high blood pressure. He made sure that my PEG allergy issues was noted and did not give me any injections or IVs. There were three nurses during the procedure. One watched my blood pressure like a hawk, the others paid attention to my BP, etc. I felt safe and genuinely cared for by this br... read more
Great staff the Dr. McNerney has always been good to me. Thank you to all!
I had seen Dr. McNerney before. This was my three-year visit, and as I am getting older, I was more nervous about my visit. I asked Dr. McNerney a question about something that occurred during my at-home prep the night before. His response clearly answered my question -- and he eased my fear. Dr. McNerney is, of course, a highly regarded professional. I find him to be incredibly efficient, yet gentle, with a great personality. I am honored that Dr. McNerney handled my procedures. He has my trust. And kudos to the nurses and ... read more
