I had a screening colonoscopy 2/23 with Dr. McNerney. Upon arrival, I was asked to pay $503. I replied that there was no charge unless I had polyps. The woman argued with me, conferred with her colleagues, then said that the $503 was a mistake. No apology. Just as my blood pressure began to subside, another employee appeared and said that I was not scheduled for a colonoscopy, only an office visit. Dr. McNerney performed a colonoscopy on me on 1/30. Admitting staff and procedure staff was awesome. Everybody was friendly and went above and beyond to make me comfortable. Dr. explained everything fully and did a fantastic job.

Dr. McNerney and his clinical staff are stellar performers from start to finish. When I had major surgery at the University of Michigan Hospital in Ann Arbor, Michigan, I experienced what "gold standard" medical care can be. Dr. McNerney and his team provide medical care that matched that same high level. This is the highest compliment that I can give.
After a very informative initial consultation with Dr. McNerney I scheduled a colonoscopy for the following week. The colonoscopy experience was very good with all the prep people being very nice and answered all my questions. The actual procedure was easy and uneventful with Dr. McNerney keeping me informed during the scope. After completion he explained everything he found in understandable terms and answered the few questions I had. I am very happy I found Dr. McNerney and will be returning if I have any problems.
Dr. McNwerney Jr is very thorough and the staff was well-versed in procedures.
I felt taken care of every step of the way. Being out of my comfort zone for a colonoscopy the entire staff was caring and understanding and made me feel at ease. Doctor McNerney was also caring and understanding. I definitely recommend the clinic and this doctor to anyone.
Dr McNerney was very kind and professional. I needed to have a colonoscopy.. I went to the facility and was treated with such good care. He was thorough, and explained everything to me. The nurses that were with him were Angels in skinsuits! If I could say a colonoscopy was a pleasant experience, it was because of the care I was given. I highly recommend Dr McNerney and the facility.
My EGD initial visit prior to the procedure Dr. McNerney goes over why your there and what he is going to be doing in the procedure which made me feel more at easy, and tell me what I needed to do for the day of the procedure. The day of the procedure things went like a well oiled machine, they check you in, then prep you for the procedure, the procedure lasted 15 minutes at the most for me. Then your back in the recovery and the get you ready to go home for the day.
