When I arrived at the office at 7:30 am I was informed that my appointment was scheduled for the following day not the present day. I almost lost it, as I had carefully entered the appointment on my calendar on the day they told me over the phone which was the 25th, not the 26th. Without hesitation, the receptionist went back to see if they could take me anyway - WHICH THEY DID. Great staff, kind, considerate, efficient. I was very nervous and they put me at the ease. Dr. McNerney explains things well.
I commend Dr. McNerney and his entire staff for their efforts to make this experience as painless and pleasant as possible. The entire team has the utmost professionalism and is to be commended. Dr. McNerney has a great bed-side manner. I highly recommend Dr. McNerney.
The staff is very pleasant, efficient, and professional. The office is very neat and clean. What could be an unpleasant stressful appointment, was made as tolerable and stress free as possible. I appreciate their successful efforts to make this so easy on the patient.
It's immaterial that they were running a bit behind schedule today; every person, from receptionist to nurses, was warm, attentive, caring, and professional. Dr. McNerney was delightful and competent, and thoroughly explained everything afterwards. I paid a close eye to all of the above: I'm a retired orthopedic surgeon, and I know a first-class physician and office when I see one!

Was very apprehensive about this procedure, but Dr. McNerney talked with me about the fears and the procedure. Afterwards, he explained the results and discharge instructions.
From my first contact with Dr. McNerney's office through the entirety of my visit (especially during what could have been an anxiety-inducing procedure), the skill and professionalism of the Doctor and his staff was evident. That alone would have made for a pleasant day ( notwithstanding the colonoscopy itself!), but combined with the personable nature of the assistants, is why this entire review can be summed up in one word: OUTSTANDING!
I’ve seen Dr. Mcnerney over several years and he has a friendly and caring manner. He explains the procedures and is reassuring. They are over in minutes and recovery was fast. The technicians are well trained, professional and explain and answer your questions regarding your specific procedures. I have recommended the Dr. To friends and family. My husband recommended him to me and he was right.
