I know that I can always trust them to have my child's best interest in mind. They've always put my child's needs first. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me.

They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. The waiting area is rather small, but there is always a seat available. It would be nice if it was more spacious, but I've never had to stand. One thing I love about them, is that they're always willing to ask for other qualified professionals' advice when they don't have an answer for my question. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. I'll definitely be going back. I didn't have a bad experience. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated.
