We are participating in a study. Helen was in town and they they fitted her into the lab work needed on a momen'ts notice. Each staff member was fast, courteous, polite, and professional during the 3 hr. event.

I had the worst experience in the ER here than I've ever had at any other hospital in my life.

I absolutely love Washington Hospital Center. The emergency room is what i wished i could've had better service. They put me on medication that made me so sleepy....then they decided to have me in a hard chair instead of a bed. I was very uncomfortable. The staff were super loud which was very hard for me to rest with my toddler. Overall other than the er i enjoy the hospital. The er i just wouldn't consider revisiting.
