The hospital is clean and I felt welcome by the staff. My friends nurse consoled me, as I was very upset in learning the updated information. The nurse thoroughly explained to me, everything in specific detail. I felt completely reassured that the care team was, and continue to do everything humanly possible, to help my friend to recover.
