They unprofessional 1C is the worst unit they pay the patient no mind they are very Rude you have to complain a lot before you get help

I have had the worst experience ever on unit 2F. I have filled a complaint with corporate to only find out corporate referred the case back to the compliance office here and found out that this compliance office is ran by interns in which one has quit since the filing of my complaint. I've written two letters to Susan Eckert regarding my mother's experience and me as her POA. The family and I haven't heard anything from Ms. Eckert or the president of the facility. The level of care my Father received from the entire cardiac staff was unparalleled. The staff was courteous, friendly and not once did anyone say or do anything rude or treat my family as if we were asking stupid questions or too many questions. The people working here clearly care about their patients and it shows. Dr. Waksman was phenomenal and my Father's nurse Sarah was exceptional.
