I understand delays occur from time to time, but I waited an average of 20 minutes after my last two scheduled appointments. This has been frustrating as I try to schedule my appointments during my lunch hour. Anything that can be done to improve the on-time rate of appointments would be greatly appreciated.
Robin has always been pleasant. Kristine, my hygienest, was very good and seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. Great first impression.
The new dental hygienist that worked on my teeth was wonderful. She worked diligently on my teeth, explaining everything the was going to do, made sure I was comfortable and in no pain. She is a wonderful new team member for your staff.

The young lady at the reception desk was very nice with a great smile. I'm sorry I didn't get her name as first impressions are very important. Kelly, the dental assistant, was super, she did an excellent job and was very concerned about the health problems I have. I really enjoyed joking with her
I really enjoy the fact that I get assigned a dental hygienist for all of my visits. Working with Alesia is great.
Been using his dentist office since they came to Northwest Arkansas. Best I have ever been to. Staff is awesome and dentists are great.

I really appreciate the excellent attention and service I received when it was discovered I needed a new crown, even to the extent of rushing a permanent crown before I went out of town. Kudos to Dr. Fergus, Gayla German and team!
