You are always friendly, helpful and enjoyable.
What I liked best was 1. Christine was very sensitive to my comfort and was attentive to providing a good cleaning. 2. Dr Fergus explained what is necessary now and what would be coming up. I felt he was working with me on the best practice of care as opposed to selling me services. It is important for me to have trust in my dentist that I am not having services pushed on me. I look forward to a long relationship with this office.
The wait was no problem - - - I visited w/a long time friend that I had not seen in years.
My only complaint would be having to wait. We waited 15-20 minutes on our last visit and around 30 minutes for our appt we had back in the spring.
The dental office is staffed with solid, smiling, attentive folks! Not a negative to comment on. Of course, I am especially impressed by the person that takes care of my visit and that is "Kim." She knows my dental history, does a thorough cleaning of my teeth (what few there are) and recommends anything I need to do to maintain good dental health. So five stars for her! I love coming here. I'm very picky when it comes to dentists and Dr. Fergus is one who I completely trust. I have brought along my entire family here and when my son outgrows Dr. Caple, he too will be seeing Dr. Fergus. It took me 43 years to learn that going to the dentist doesn't have to be a bad thing--thanks to the great team & to Dr. Fergus, I actually look forward to my checkups! Thank you!

The team has always been very professional in their approach and genuinely happy to see me. I feel very welcome when I arrive and throughout the visit. Gayla, my Hygenist, is awesome. She feels more like a friend and provides a great assessment of my dental health along with recommendations for better care for my overall dental maintenance.
