Dr. Cooper is a GREAT dentist!!
Receptionist is always pleasant.
The dental hygienist was wonderful. I have had three different ones and they all have been wonderful.
Advise the financial options before you expect an appointment to be made. Not everyone is capable in paying a large amount right at the get go.
Dottie was wonderful and very infomative.
Annie Harrison,RDH, was rough in checking the depth of the pockets, ignoring my requests to be gentler. She was unsure of how to deal aspects beyond just regular cleaning, and the whole appointment took too long. I do not want to see her again. My husband's appointment with Kim Rusher, RDH, took 30 minutes, and he was pleased with her. Mine took over an hour.
Great service from hygenist! Love the TV too.
I didn't see the doctor but the hygienest was great. She explained everything that was to be done and why. She made me feel relaxed an secure in what she was doing. After my teeth were cleaned very well she walked me to the front desk wishing me a great day. Thank you.
Kelly made me feel comfortable and explained new things about my teeth that I was not aware of before. Thankful she was able to do my cleaning this visit.
