I've always been happy with the service I receive from the front office staff, the billing staff, the dental assistants and, of course, Dr. Wisener.
I was so impressed with Alicia. I typically dread my cleanings due to sensitivity, and not one time did I experience any discomfort under her care.
Everyone is always kind and helpful.
I have nothing I could suggest to make my visit better. Everyone is always so friendly and helpful.
I had rays done and something (possible infection...not sure) was found on the bottom left tooth that Dr. Cooper did a root canal and crown on two hrs ago. Dr. W. said Dr. Cooper would get back to me on what they were going to do to fix it. I would like to know asap what they plan on doing.
Thank you Kristine for a painless cleaning! My only management comment: I received 3 or 4 reminders for my appointment. I really appreciate the one the day before! However, all the others are a bit much. Overall, Mike & I really feely great about our experiences with Dr. Wisener & staff!!
Professional and friendly service. The only thing pending from my first visit is a quote for work on my left upper molar.

Alicia helps make an experience most people dread enjoyable. She is thorough and explains your care in a way that easy to understand. She is professional but also was friendly and caring. The rest of the staff are also great. You feel like you are among friends the minute you walk in the door.
