After my appointment I was a little unsure what I was waiting for when they asked me to take a seat near checkout (they were working out the insurance coverage and cost of my plan). That could've been explained a little better. Overall, it was a great visit.
This was the first time in my 50 years that a Dentist did not look at my teeth during a dental visit.

I loved the atmosphere in your clinic very relaxing. Also the quick turnaround on my appointments. I'm one that likes to get things done. Thank you. Also the ladies up front are awesome.
The text and emails were great ways to remind me vs a phone call.
Everything was as good as I think it can get having fillings and crowns done. The only suggestion I have is let me know what I'm supposed to do after the appointment is over. I was dropped off at the desk, but didn't know if I was supposed to make the next appointment, pay, etc. I had to ask the gal at the front desk. That's it. I definitely like the staff and feel like I get great service, treatment, and advice. Thanks!
