I cannot remember the hygienist's name, but she was outstanding. It was my sons first visit, and she was very patient and and never lost her cool during our entire appointment. She explained what was going on with mom during my cleaning and even gave him a story book about going to the dentist and put cartoons on the tv. When it came time for my sons turn, my son immediately showed a fear of being examined. She kept her calm and helped me talk him into finally opening wide. Some evening cleaning appts would be greatly helpful to those who work full-time and hard to get in during the day. Loved meeting Kelly 1st time for cleaning, she was terrific:)
