Everyone I encountered during my visit provided excellent service
Even though I had to wait for 20 minutes, my visit was well worth the wait. You all have a top notch team and I appreciate that you all care and are always professional. I wish more people in the medical industry had their sh*t together like you all do.

I do not understand when I make a Dental Hygienist appt, why it would need to be changed. You office continually wants to bounce my DH appointments around expecting me to return like 3 calls per appointment. I have an appointment time and expect it to be honored. I can understand the Dentist moving his appointments due to emergency appointments...but not a DH. I just do not have time to reschedule my appointment 3xs.
The front desk does an excellent job of welcoming you by name the second you walk through the door.
Loved this group. The ladies out front were friendly and helpful and Dottie was absolutely fantastic and explained to me what was happening every step of the way. She went above and beyond to fit me in last minute because of my schedule and Was very professional but friendly and caring. I truly appreciate it and will definitely recommend this group to everyone I know,

Always pleased with my appointments here. Keep up the good work. The only constructive criticism I could give is an online confirmation option instead of calling would be nic but that is not a big deal.
Waiting 25 minutes past her appt. time was the only downside.
