I really enjoyed my first visit to this clinic and feel very comfortable with Dr. Wisener and the staff for all my future dental needs.
I was told that I needed to return a week later because the doctor couldn't see me for my exam. That feels like poor planning, and may be the sign of a poorly run practice. Regardless, it's my first impression, and now I'm skeptical. Having to return for a second appointment takes time out of my workday, and nobody even apologized for the inconvenience. My appointment was with Dottie...Dottie is excellent at her job . She is always so pleasant and professional.
I can't remember the name of the dental hygienist *(sorry). She was extremely nice, very professional and did a great job.

My name on all my information emails and texts was listed as Tara, and it was finally changed to Cara...but my name is spelled Kara. It's the little things, but it would be appreciated if my name could be spelled correctly the first time.
The overall staff,facility, and treatment was the best I've ever had Thank you so much for the outstanding care!
I had Alicia this time and she was wonderful. It was the first time I left after a cleaning not in serious pain!
