ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND PERSONABLE FOR A REALLY BUSY PRACTICE.
My crown fell out 4 days after it was out on! That was a shock because I had been eating soft food almost all week.i called on Friday in a panic at 12:30 because it fell out while having lunch,I was able to come in and get my crown glued in by a hygienist Paula( please check her name but think that was it) ,she was excellent help and stay after closing to help me before going on vacation! Thx for the great help!

My son came home so upset being told his teeth were going to fall out unless he had fun grafting. We went for a first cleaning since moving from St. Louis. He had his last checkup a year ago and his dentist said his gums were fine. I have an appointment with a dr. Osborne? Next week. I wish I had gone with his last week to your office as he came home with no information. Not your fault but wanted you to know. Thanks. Kathleen Mollerus

I actually had my appointment time down wrong and showed up 90 minutes early. The ladies at the front checked the calendar and realized there was an un-confirmed appointment with my regular hygienist and asked if I minded waiting about 5-10 min passed the appointment time. If the gentleman didn't show up, I could have the appointment. I appreciated how they gave the unconfirmed appointment time to come in if running a tad late and did everything they could to get me in instead of having to reschedule. Great service!
