As a former Division I athlete, I fully understand the unique demands athletes place on their bodies, and how devastating injuries can be. I treat each and every athlete differently, as no single treatment is "perfect" for all patients. I am a very conservative doctor, and always consider conservative measures first. My ultimate goal is to get you back to the sport you enjoy as quickly and safely as possible using the most current and cutting edge techniques available.

My mother had a horrible experience with Dr. Dierckman. Terrible patient care and support. Arr
Felt really confident with Dr. Dierckman and trusted his ability as a surgeon. He is very informative and spends time with you. Was never rushed. He is funny too! Great guy and very professional.
Dr. Dierckman and his staff are professionals. My problem (osteoarthritis, right hip) was simply explained to me and all treatment options were presented. He answered all of my questions and put me at ease. I had a total right hip replacement, anterior approach. 2 weeks post-op and everything is going well. Dr. Dierckman and his staff are excellent.
Last year I was in need of an orthopedic surgeon, did research, and was fortunate enough to find Dr. Brian Dierckman. He has an excellent reputation and I appreciate the fact that he has surgery privileges at Northridge Hospital, which is convenient to my home. In August 2017 Dr. Dierckman performed arthroscopic left knee surgery on me and in March 2018 he did my right knee. I wouldn’t want anyone else. I totally trust Dr. Dierckman, he is extremely knowledgeable and caring.
Dr.Dierckman is very professional and knowledgeable. I like that he changed courses a bit so he would be able to tell people "I can fix that." If you're fortunate enough to have him as your Dr. He will tell you more.
Dr Dierckman is a courteous and caring young doctor who helps you through every step of your hip procedure from the first time you enter his office to the recovery and physical therapy at the end. He checks on your status daily through a health net web page that answers all your questions. I would recommend him to all family and friends.
Dr. Dierckman preformed surgery on my shoulder to repair a torn rotator cuff, labrum and remove bone spurs. I am very pleased with the results, my recovery is much lest painful than I expected (off pain meds 4 days post op) & my shoulder was not bruised (as I expected). I have had a similar surgery on the opposite shoulder in the past with another surgeon & it was quite painful for several weeks post Op. I whole heartily recommend Dr. Dierckman to anyone in need of shoulder surgery!
Super nice doctor who puts you at ease and is very Genuine.
Dr. Dierckman had me walking within an hour of my surgery. I had no post-op problems. The whole SCOI team is top rate with patient care.
