After 10 months of pain Dr Eric Ferkel was the first doctor to listen to me and check what was wrong and FIXED IT! He really knows his stuff.
I am impressed by the friendly professionalism of all the staff. I appreciate how they prepared me for all possibilities. Dr. Barcohana and PA Esther are amazing. Answering questions be for I ask, and actively listening to my concerns.
Dr Erphanian is very professional and cares that his patients receive proper care. He motivates his patients to follow up with instructions for the best outcome.
Doctor was calm, caring and explained conditions in a manner I could understand. Follow up was great. I appreciated the daily check ins. It appears to have been a successful surgery. Thank you!
He worked on 4 discs in my neck that were rubbing bone on bone. 8 days post op, I had no more of the original pain and NO pain from the surgery. No need for any pain medication at all, not even Ibuprofin. I am an energetic 76 year old and I have my life back thanks to Dr. Barcohana.
I appreciated the excellent job that Dr. Erfanian did on my carpal tunnel surgery. His PAs and assistants were also top notch. I had a great outcome from my surgery, thank you.
Wonderful bedside manner. Very kind and empathetic explain things very well as to what the procedure would entail and what was to be expected.
The visit was very informative as well as educational, he took the time to listen to my concerns and was straight forward with the assessment and explained exactly how the procedure was to be performed. So far I feel good and will follow up with him to make sure we are on the right track. Thank you Doctor.
Impressive that he (or his team) reached out to me (assume to each patient of his) to determine whether the patients were having pain, needed assistance, or were doing just fine. This was done basically on a daily basis. Never experienced such personal care!
